If you require your skip to go on the public highway, then you will need a skip permit from your local authority.

Each local authority has different rules, time limits and prices.

If your local authority is not listed then please call our office for further advice.

Slough Borough Council

The Slough Streetworks team only issue permits to skip hire companies who are registered with Slough

Borough Council. Skip permits are issued for 14 days, renewals can be requested for 7 days.
We can arrange this for you.

West Berkshire Council

£36.00 for the licence and the first week plus a subsequent weekly charge of £45.00 per week thereafter

for the duration of the licence

The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead

Licences can only be granted to a skip company that is registered with the council. We can arrange this for you.

Buckinghamshire County Council

£50 for 28 days, £25 renewal. A cancellation fee of £25 is payable.

Surrey County Council:- Price on application - please call 01753 43 73 23

Richmond:- Requires 24 Hours notice. The permit lasts 3 weeks and costs £45

Hounslow:- Requires 24 hours notice, the permit will last for 2 weeks and costs £45, controlled parking zone

is extra depending on location

Ealing:- Requires 48 hours notice, the permit will last for 4 weeks and costs £28, controlled parking zone

is extra depending on location.
